Is a dishonest, cowardly, crook. If it were not for him this company would have prospered. A trust fund baby will always be a sheep. All you need to do is look at the share price — it hit .03 the other day — is this the “bright future” promised to shareholders over a year ago ? Is this what RAMON TOLEDO meant when he said we should “stay tuned” ?

This is a lesson to all you parents and would be parents — dont let your children turn in to dumb trust fund babies like Ramon Toledo. He has spent MORE in ATTOURNEYS FEE’s($300,000) than he EVER did in the stock — as shareholders this should upset you more than anyone. HE IS A LIAR — this is not up for debate. It is a fact. I am not malicious and want the best for the shareholders — and it is TRULY NOT RAMON TOLEDO THE SHEEP
